Special Bowls

Steamed dumplings with a choice of minced glass shrimp, mutton, beef, chicken or vegetables (cabbage, mashed potatoes, spinach)
Flavoured with onion and/or garlic and salted, and deliciously juicy, they are served in sets of six in a basket bowl. Buuz comes steamed, while the gyoza is fried, both styles scrumptious and filling, and meant to warm and delight!
While the buuz is popular among the Steppe, the gyoza is a local dish enjoyed in Yanxia and Hingashi alike!

One of many varieties of the Hingan dish sushi, this iteration consists of a full bowl of sweet vinegared rice topped with various items such as thinly sliced omelet, salted fish eggs, dried gourd, stewed mushrooms, and other local fare.
"Scattered Sushi" ちらし寿司 (Chirashi-zushi)

A simple stew commonly made of diced dzo chuck, rice and whatever vegetables are readily available. A popular dish among the nomadic tribes of the Azim Steppe. The broth used is meat-based, but can be substituted for fish, or vegetable based, and can be prepared with lentils instead of meat.

Warm udon noodles topped with a tofu pouch.
"Fox's Wedding" 狐の嫁入り (Kitsune no Yomeiri)

Cold Dalamud popoto and soba noodles.
"Dalamud Vortex" ダラガブの渦流 (Dalamud no Karyuu)

Warm udon (or ramen) noodles, cooked in a spicy, delicious curry broth. Perfect for a cold day!
